The figures in this article are clearest on a computer screen. To improve examination of the residual images on paper (which has a lesser dynamic range than a screen), we recolored the white residual with a short triangle filter on the time axis. In the electronic version of this article, the reader can view movies of most image volumes by pressing the figure button.
