BAGS is a nonprofit organization operated by its members to
promote the science of geophysics, especially as it applies to
exploration, and to promote fellowship and cooperation among
those persons interested in geophysical problems. We greatly
value our members and believe that each one is important to the
development of our society. Membership runs from January 1st
through December 31st each year. Dues are $10 for all members.
To become a member or renew your membership:

form and send it with a check payable to Bay Area
Geophysical Society (or BAGS)

Please include your contact info, so we can
send you a receipt and have a way of contacting you.

Please consider a donation to the Bay Area Geophysical Society. As we are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, all of your contributions will go towards keeping geophysics alive in the Bay Area. A receipt for your donation will be sent to you within two weeks.
