There are several SEP3D header manipulation applications in SEPlb that qthead attempts
to replace. Headermath allows the creation of keys based on mathematical expressions
using constants and other key values. This includes the ability to rotate the coordinate
system by entering a rotation matrix based on x and y values. Window_key subsamples
the dataset based on ranges of values for different keys.
Sort3d allows the user to overlay a regular grid on irregular key locations. Finally, the
programs Stack3d and Infill3d create a regular dataset from an irregular
volume using the grid created in Sort3d.
