I've succeeded to rebuild GEE with the new LaTeX to PDF procedure.
Now I'm getting the right fonts for the codes. Hooray!
I'm working hard on switching over from IRLS to HYCD
(Hyperbolic Hybrid Conjugate Directions) in chapter noiz.
ps-->PDF compression is still making a mess of some figures.

I am struggling with a new LaTeX to PDF build procedure.
Right now some of the fonts are pretty ugly in BEI and GEE.
If you are planning to print those books, better to wait until I get this fixed.

Rebuilt PVI after repairing some software decay that had set in
on upgrading to latex2e, ratfor90, make rules, and postscript.
Also, some NR figures were restored from CD-ROM
and two missing chapters reinstalled.

Sergey Fomel's Fortran 90 library now computes (almost)

might like DVI files

I compressed all the files so transmission should be 3-6 times faster.
I find Mosaic decompresses properly but Netscape does not.
What you get depends not on me, but who configured your
browser and what they included. Good luck!
