The trail to Koip Peak Pass (saddle on righthand side of image) first switchbacks up the open slope of Parker Peak, then traverses just above the snowfields. Actually, the trail was still partially covered by the leftmost snowfield, making traversal a bit hairy at that point. The gully extends nearly 1000' down, with a maximum slope of 60 degrees or so.
