The last leg of the ascent to Parker Pass, looking eastward. Rugged Parker Canyon is not visible from here. Parker Peak is the peak in the distance, near the center of the photo. The trail to Koip Peak pass climbs precipitously on its western slope. The easternmost portion of Kuna Crest visible on the right. Notice that its geology is now metamorphic, compared to the classic light granite of the western portion.
