After hiking to Burstall Pass, we climbed another 800' to the 8300' ridge southwest of the Pass. The extra work was more than worth the effort. Here we look due west. Beautiful Leman Lake is in the foreground, framed by Mount Leman (8956') and Mount Leval (8700'). I can't point out the big glaciated peak between Leman and Leval.
