Blocked congressional video testimony of William K. Black

Congressional testimony at youtube of Wall Street fraud is blocked.   Check this link!

I suspected Wall Streeters were behind the blockage, and I announced that suspicion at Facebook, Google+, and at my personal website.

It turns out more likely to be a genuine copyright dispute between CSPAN, and predecessors who provided youtube-like service. From this dispute, parties unknown blocked it at youtube, but it is not blocked at C-SPAN.
