I'm sorry if this is too late, I have been very swamped with 
schoolwork and other activities, and I didn't realise that the 
deadline for this was yesterday

Well, in regards to the CPC:  This year's elections commission 
was hired with a very short transition period and given the 
timeframe we lacked the knowledge of the issues around the 
CPC.  In large part, we used last year's CPC, since we didn't know 
that this would represent a problem.  After it was brought to our 
attention that the document might be misleading in terms of 
actions that we could take, we took steps to correct this to the best 
of our ability.  I now realise that even the revised document might 
still have some mistakes, and I will acknowledge this, however, it 
doesn't seem like people were really impacted negatively, and I 
am not aware of any complaints from candidates.  Election results 
are at elections.stanford.edu.
