The text of this manuscript is complete, but one or more of the the figures may be missing. I will try to replace the missing figures as I have time, but in many cases the missing figure is artwork that only marginally improves the scientific content. In other cases, the missing figures are plots with curves and data. These are important omissions, and I will work on them first.
