The algorithm proposed in this paper assumes that all events are linear.
In many cases, the events in a seismic dataset are not linear,
but are considered as quasi-linear across the space-grid lines.
In other words, we can assume the seismic events are piecewise linear and
the events on a small window in time-space domain can be considered as
linear events.
The algorithm for interpolating regularly sampled traces
is applied to each small window and is summarized as follows:
