Up: R. Clapp: Moveout analysis
Previous: Limiting flattening model space
Flattening is used to analyze moveout. Two different approaches
are used. The first approach uses time shift information generated
through flattening as the `data' in inverting for one or more moveout
parameters. The second approach directly relates dips to a moveout
parameter. Both approaches show promise but additional work is needed.
