Vector

From the SEP.vector.vector class, and a class that knows how to read SEPlib description files (SEP.file.sep_file), the SEP.sep_vector.sfloat and SEP.sep_vector.scmplx were created. These classes use the SEPlib program
Math
to do the required vector operation. The space cloning and check is done by accessing functions derived from SEP.file.sep_file.
