Last photo from on route. Looking back (to the north) just before I roped up (erroneously) for some 5.5 climbing on the "first tower" on Conness's North Ridge. The segment of the ridge visible in this photo is straightforward class 3 scrambling. I recommend that you traverse the first tower on the Conness Glacier (east) side and avoid trying to reach the tower's summit.
