After that comes JavaScript. Are you using any JavaScript to validate the form? The more detail you can give the people in this NG, the better our chance of resolving the problem.

: Jos - That was the first thing I checked, unfortunantly It doesn't seem to be as simple as duplicate names or random attributes, I wish :)
