Figure somewhere between $5 and $25 cost per thousand banner impressions and
you're looking at some pretty nice "free" money.  I wish I had a site that
generated 10k hits per day ;)

Even people who fancy themselves "advanced CGI programmers" make stupid,
stupid mistakes. A little bit after sending the email below, I sent another
saying "Ignore me, I'm an idiot!".
So embarrassing. ((twisting foot in dirt)) Forgot to call LWP:Simple.
