Subject: Thoughts for both of you.

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Claerbout,
I realize it has been over a year since Jos' passing, and I just wanted to
extend a small greeting from the Midwest. I never knew your son, except from
his website, where I was inspired and delighted. I am an avid knitter, and
his creativity and obvious enjoyment of the craft were wonderfully portrayed
via his words and photos.  I realize that I am a stranger, and I hope that
my anonymity does not detract from my expression of condolences to both of
you. I wish both of you the best as you move forward in your journey, and I
am truly sorry that your family, as well as the knitting world, lost Jos so
early in his life.
