WOW! What a great job!! It's rare to find a tutorial that is fun to read
and truly informative. He did such a great job--a great analogy, the
perfect separation of audiences, a way to read vertically to learn more
about a concept or horizontally to stay at the same difficulty level,
and such a clever way to slip in technical terms! You understand a term
before realizing you just learned a new one. 
I'm going to post this tutorial on the techpubs intranet as an example
of excellent tone and presentation (if you don't mind). I would have
enjoyed working with him. ...he must have had a great personality.
