There is lots of foundation work we can't see here. The walls make it like it is going to be a one-story addition but the upstairs door leaves some doubt.

I'm suspecting driveway parking located at dumpster and along wall. The sunny side of the plywood wall will have a nice window (you can tell from interior picture).
