Bill,

	After talking to Dave, Mark and I put together the following
clarification of what information we're requesting:

	1) Total revenue and expenses for SSE as a whole and for each
business unit (for each year SSE has operated).

	2) Revenue and expenses for each business unit presented
comparably to that of an annual report filed according to SEC regulations.
We recognize that a more detailed itemization of information might be
proprietary (for each year SSE has operated).  We emphaisze that the
information content need only be comparable; the format need not be
identical (and could simply be another document with inappropriate
information blacked out).

	3) Salary ranges for classes of SSE employees (for example the
range of salaries paid to directors).  Also, CEO salary for each year SSE
has operated.
