Out of desperate need for a preprocessor that can handle languages,
such as C, C++, F77, F90, HPF and ratfor, I wrote a "cpp"-like preprocessor in perl,
that let's you use arbitrary comment symbols.
You can retreive it
and try it, if you promise to email me back improvements to the code.
