Short Biography
Martin Karrenbach
received his ``Vordiplom'' in physics from the University of
Karlsruhe, West Germany in 1985 and his M.S. in geophysics from
the University of Houston in 1988.
He received the SEG Best Student Paper Award (1987) for his paper:
3D Migration of Zero Offset Seismic Data Using Fourier Transforms
of Time Slices.
He joined the Stanford Exploration Project in September 1988 and is
currently working toward a Ph.D. in geophysics.
He had summer employment with Siemens, BEB, Cogniseis and most recently
with Chevron Oilfield Research Co.
He is a member of the SEG and AGU.
