Using velocity uncertainty in data processing has the advantage over "precise" velocity
that it includes additional useful information and improved results can be expected.
Including uncertainty in velocity analysis attenuates some aliased high-frequency energy,
and cleans up the display. Estimating velocity uncertainty is related to velocity analysis.
