Stability of Finite-Differencing DMO

Centered and non-centered finite-differencing DMO methods for offset extrapolation in the (k,t) and (x,t) domains are reviewed and their stability I sanalyzed. The centered methods that I will describe are unconditionally stable, but the non-centered method is at most only conditionally stable.
