Migration of Constant Offset Sections

A phase shift prestack migration algorithm (Hale, previous paper) is used
to migrate constant offset sections. It images the steep dips and wide
offsets of a constant velocity synthetic quite well. It works worse on a
variable velocity synthetic and real data.
