In front of the building are six black submarines.
Cecil is in Naples in 1939, just before World War II.
After he took this picture of these submarines,
his camera was confiscated by the police!
He sure did want his camera back for his upcoming round-the-world trip!
Luckily, 
<em>
being Italy, 
</em>
there was a way for him to get his camera back,
so our slide show continues.
