I have added a "thesis" option to the SEP LaTeX macros. All that you
need to do is:

1) Change LATOPTS in your adm/makefile to 

LATOPTS = option=thesis

2) copy intro.tex from ~christine/Thesis/Adm to your adm directory and
edit it if needed.

This new option combines SEP's macros with Stanford's semi-official
LaTeX2e thesis package. You should be able to use your previous papers
without any change. If something breaks down or if you haves specific
suggestions, please report them to me.

I don't expect any serious problems, but something always breaks on
the first run :)
