DIRECTORY STRUCTURE

Over the years much thought has been put into designing the most effective, intuitive directory structure possible. Certain problems arise because diverse people, with different visions, have contributed enthusiastically to certain subsets of the environment over the years. Thus some lack of consistency exists. This section is an attempt to explain what the current vision is, some general rules and guidelines, and places to start looking when you want to find more information.
