Every six months a list is made of computer responsibilities for each SEP
researcher.
The idea is to share the support workload and
to provide a name when a problem or question comes up.
Whenever a new list comes out, read it to find out what your jobs are.
When you have a question, read the list to find out whom you should ask.
The list will probably be copied and handed out periodically, but
it's easiest to find it on the web
(http://sepwww.stanford.edu/Jobs/jobs.html).
