The report directory ..../sep77 consists of
the directory Adm and paper directories.
Each paper lives in its own directory!
The Adm directory contains the report file and
administrative files (shells and Cakefile).
An individual report paper can be regarded as a chapter of a book if it
treats a complex subject or it can be regarded as a section
of a book if it describes a simple subject.
Each author is responsible for his own paper directory.
