VSP experiments can show a large overlap with surface seismics; on the other hand the spatial scale typically ranges from meters down to decimeters. This includes Reversed VSPs. Depending on the type of source, surface source or bore hole source, the temporal frequency scale ranges from surface seismic values down to cross well values.
