Geometry transform operator

The geometry changing operation can simply be expressed as a cascade of operators. The operator $\bf S_1$ refers to the stack operation under a given data geometry 1. It might include knowledge about missing or dead traces. ``t'' denotes the transpose operation. $\bf S_2$ is the stack with a new arbitrary data geometry.
