Why an interactive program?

Interaction allows exploratory data analysis. Here it is examining the data at various frequency ranges and segmentations.

Interaction is good when there is no a priori method of parameter selection. Here the bandpass settings are subjective and suitable for interaction.

Interaction is frustrating when feedback is slow. Wavelet transforms are fast.
