Shallow-origin FEAVO effects

() have proven this point using the very dataset on which FEAVO was first observed by (); however, its preprocessing and preliminary velocity analysis left a lot of room for improvement. The details of the preprocessing are described and illustrated in Appendix C. A new velocity analysis, also illustrated in Appendix C, follows. The result of phase-shift migration and conversion to angle gathers is visible in Figure [*].
